Remote Managed Services
Product Profile: This product is designed to provide similar services to all other Managed Services (Server, Network, Storage, Back-up, Database Administration, Security and Monitoring) with-out the “hands-on” or “Break-fix” aspect of those services, resulting in a “Managed Services LITE”.
Product Detail: The Remote Managed Services product set utilizes the same tools, processes and human resources as all Managed Services products do, however, the devices, systems and elements are not physically located in the Managed Data Center, they are remote. These services can be provided to any IT environment that has effective network connectivity and secure access.
